Essential Functions:The Retail District Manager is responsible for leading, overseeing, and improving the general operations of multiple assigned retail stores. - In the absence of a Store Manager at any assigned location, the District Manager is responsible for stepping in to oversee and operate the store, ensuring continuity of operations, staffing, compliance, and performance standards until the position is filled.

- This position is classified as exempt and requires a high level of professional commitment and accountability. The role demands flexibility in work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business needs, operational demands, and organizational objectives.

Skills and Abilities:

**Requirements: **

1.      Associate degree in business management or a related field highly preferred and at least five years multi-unit supervisory experience in the retail industry.

4.      Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
