Back-End Pharmacy Technician (No Patients | Consistent Schedule)

**Description**

~~**Shift: This position follows a hybrid schedule (onsite/remote), with Monday–Friday rotating shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, including rotating weekend days (Saturday or Sunday)** ~~**Role Description**

As a Staff Pharmacist, you are responsible for the accurate and timely review of medications being processed and dispensed at MMP. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a proven track record, experience, and industry knowledge to scale MMP’s operation and execute our transformation from a regional to a national LTC pharmacy provider.

This position reports to the Pharmacist Supervisor and is critical to the operational success of MMP. The position may require long hours and/or weekend work to fulfill position responsibilities.

**Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)**

-  Interpret and identify prescription orders

-  Verify prescription order entry in the computer system (PV1)

-  Perform prospective drug utilization reviews

-  Final check (Inspect) dispensed prescription products (PV2)

-  Correspond with medical and nursing staff via electronic, fax, and oral communication

-  Achieve productivity and quality requirements

-  Assist with immunization clinics at community partner facilities as needed
