This position is based at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) located in Lebanon, NH. DHMC is New Hampshire’s only Level 1 trauma center and serves over 2 million people throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. - No nights, weekends, or call

- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate

- Ability to obtain/maintain licensure in New Hampshire and Vermont

- At least two years of clinical headache experience
