The convenience store retail business operates approximately 250 convenience stores (as of September 30, 2020) which also market motor fuels in central and west Texas and New Mexico, under either Delek US Holdings, Inc’s DK or Alon brands or under the 7-Eleven brand (pursuant to a licensing agreement).

**Job Summary**

Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards. Recommends and implements improvements, modifications or additions to document work. Reviews product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules. Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.

**Education And Experience**

- Develops and communicates unit-specific key performance indicators. Ensures timely troubleshooting and resolution of operational and process quality problems.

- Seeks and develops opportunities to improve unit(s) reliability and efficiency based on engineering studies such as unit debottlenecking, catalyst replacement assessments.

- Collaborates with optimization and production team consisting of Operations, Maintenance, EHS (environmental, health and safety), Inspection, and Planning departments to establish unit-specific production targets in support of refinery’s production plan.
