**What You’ll Do**

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems

- Perform installations and upgrades that exceed NEC standards

- Communicate clearly with customers and provide recommendations

- Document work with before-and-after photos

- Keep your work area safe, clean, and professional

- Help us deliver 100% customer satisfaction every time

**What We’re Looking For**

- 1-3 years of residential electrical experience (wiring, repair, troubleshooting)

- Apprentice or Journeyman license preferred (but not required)

- Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire/terminate devices, and test systems

- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player

- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work safely at heights or outdoors

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Clean background check & drug screen
