LV Petroleum is an active operator of convenience stores and travel centers in several markets. They are currently operating 13 Conoco-branded C&G assets in the Las Vegas Metro area. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Bookkeeper ** to manage day-to-day financial transactions for our busy Truck Care Service shop in Grandview**. **The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping and preferably experience in the automotive or truck service industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-  Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations

-  Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely and accurate manner

-  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

-  Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting

-  Work closely with the shop manager and leadership team to ensure financial health and compliance

-  Handle tax reporting and coordination with external CPA as needed
