**Job Overview:**

As an HR Generalist at Saronic, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and supporting our rapid growth. The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions, including HRIS management, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your contributions will help us retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace.

**Responsibilities:**

- HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management: Administer and maintain HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and HR strategy. Troubleshoot HRIS issues and liaise with vendors as necessary.

- Onboarding and Training: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and develop training materials and programs that align with our mission and industry standards.

- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, particularly regarding defense industry standards. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our HR processes

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment

- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
