We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Operations team on our project in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication through delivery and final installation.

- Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.

- Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive identification of potential risks.

- Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts.

- Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications.

- Lead with integrity and exemplify Holder’s culture by mentoring and developing junior associates on the project.

**Qualifications**

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.

- Outstanding communication and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

- Basic understanding of construction tools like Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.

**Preferred**

- Willingness to relocate as needed.
