**Role Description **

This is a full-time, on-site role for a detail-oriented, entrepreneurial Senior Tax Accountant based in **Flower Mound, TX **. In this role, you will autonomously oversee a compliance portfolio of approximately 200 clients, with a structured operational plan to scale to 350 accounts by April 2027. This position offers tremendous long-term career growth opportunities as our regional footprint expands.

Our client mix is primarily composed of individuals, small businesses (1065 and 1120-S pass-through entities), C-corporations and trusts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on high-level technical review, workflow management, maintaining strict quality control, and introducing strategic, ROI-based tax planning options to our core tax prep clients.

**Qualifications **

Certification: Active CPA license (Texas preferred) or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential.

Experience: 3–5 years of progressive public accounting experience with a strong technical command of individual and small business tax compliance.

Tech-Forward Mindset: Proficiency or strong willingness to master our advanced ecosystem, including Drake, TaxDome, SmartLev (CRM), TaxPlanIQ (AI), and TaxGPT (AI).

Operational Leadership: Proven ability or strong desire to manage workflows, lead remote teams, and maintain a zero-defect filing pipeline.

Growth Mindset: Exceptional communication skills, a professional presentation, and a willingness to step out into the community to attract new compliance and advisory relationships.

**Role Description **

We are launching a state-of-the-art animal urgent care facility in Southlake Corners, TX, and are currently seeking a visionary Founding DVM to serve as Medical Director and clinical leader. As a Founding DVM, you will shape, launch, and lead a fully funded hospital built around your medical passions and your community’s needs. The hospitals are designed to reflect the vision of their founders.

**Qualifications **

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a license in good standing to practice in the state of Texas

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a veterinarian

- A strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.

- A compassionate and collaborative leadership philosophy with the ability to mentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staff.

- An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful practice.
