**Responsibilities**

- Oversees and manages all of the operations of the Emerson TR program

- Conducts all new consumer evaluations and completes intakes

- Provides supervision to program staff and responsible for completion of all staff evaluations

- Develops and reviews consumer treatment plans, demonstrating sound clinical skills through different treatment modalities

- Establishes, maintains and approves all changes in staff schedules

- Represents Residential Services at Partial Care meetings and/or any other meetings as delegated

- Must maintain knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures as well as ensuring accurate clinical and administrative documentation

- Develops in-program groups and activities

**Qualifications**

- MSW in Social Work, MA in Psychology or a related field

- Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disoorder

- Supervisory experience preferred

- Valid Driver’s License
