We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Industrial Hygienist to join our Industrial Hygiene team in Dallas, TX. In this client-facing role, you will anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control workplace environmental hazards, including occupational safety and health (OSH), indoor air quality, water quality, noise, mold, and asbestos. You will play a key role in supporting both industrial and healthcare safety programs by conducting field assessments and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

This position is well suited for individuals with experience in industrial hygiene and occupational health who are interested in supporting a diverse range of client environments and industries. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects while working alongside experienced CIHs, CSPs, and consultants in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Core Responsibilities

**Work Product Creation, Project Management, Coordination with Team Members**

- Conduct industrial hygiene exposure assessments, investigations, and sampling activities

- Evaluate workplace environments for potential chemical, physical, and biological hazards

- Support occupational health and safety (OSH) compliance initiatives for healthcare clients

- Assist with occupational health and safety training initiatives and audits

- Assist with the preparation of technical reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients

- Collaborate with senior industrial hygiene staff on workplace evaluations and projects

- Develop and implement sampling plans based on project scope and applicable regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

- Support indoor air quality assessments and workplace exposure monitoring programs

- Support remediation and abatement projects (e.g., ICRA, mold, asbestos), including oversight and clearance sampling

- Maintain accurate field notes, data, and documentation

- Ability and willingness to travel for regional projects, including occasional overnight or extended travel

- Effectively coordinate with other team members as requested or assigned, able to proactively monitor own progress on assigned tasks or projects, and ensure work product produced by self or in collaboration with other assigned team members is consistently high quality.

- Meet or exceed defined individual average utilization goals as set forth by company leadership

- Experience conducting field sampling, exposure assessments, and workplace evaluations

- Strong understanding of industrial hygiene principles and field sampling methods

- Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements

- Familiarity with industrial hygiene equipment, including air sampling pumps, noise dosimeters, and direct-reading instruments

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to clients

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a client-focused environment

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management

**Preferred Qualifications**
