**Overview **

We are searching for a Clean Transportation Program Coordinator or Manager to serve as the Co-Director of the Ocean State Clean Cities & Communities Coalition and support Green Energy Consumers other clean transportation work, particularly its Drive Green program. This position will report to our Electric Vehicle Program Director, who will also serve as Co-Director of Ocean State CC&C.

Clean Cities and Communities (CC&C) is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) partnership to advance alternative transportation nationwide. More than 75 DOE-designated CC&C coalitions work locally in urban, suburban, and rural communities to strengthen the nation’s environment, energy security, and economic prosperity. Green Energy Consumers serves as the host organization of the Rhode Island coalition, Ocean State CC&C.

Green Energy Consumers also runs a general electric vehicle (EV) consumer education program, Drive Green, as well as several targeted projects to increase awareness about EVs, their benefits, and available incentives, and to increase access to EV charging infrastructure.

The successful candidate will reside in Rhode Island and be familiar with its communities; have subject matter expertise in the realm of alternative fuels, particularly electric vehicles; and have demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and project/grant timelines and deliverables. We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree and at least 3 to 5 years' experience. The organization actively supports continued learning, and needed training will be provided.

Please note:

- This position is funded with federal funding. Its continued existence is contingent on the continuation of the CC&C partnership or potentially new funding sources.

- The final title of this position (“Coordinator” vs “Manager”) will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the chosen candidate.

**Responsibilities **

- Stay up-to-date and informed on EV and other alternative fuel technology manufacturers, models, charging equipment, charging network build-out, incentives, etc.;

- Contribute to the creation and delivery of in-person events (in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts), webinars, blogposts, newsletters, and emails;

- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including community-based organizations, municipalities, regional planning agencies, technology providers, fuel providers, service providers, utilities, state agencies;

Regarding Ocean State Clean Cities & Communities, specifically,

- In collaboration with Electric Vehicle Program Director, develop a coalition strategic plan and quarterly work plans;

- Ensure the coalition meets Active and Effective Requirements to maintain DOE designation;

- Ensure performance and timely reporting of deliverables to DOE and other funders;

- Provide day-to-day management of internal administration and external programs/activities.

- Reengage past stakeholders and expand list of active stakeholders, collaborating closely with them and supporting them as needed, including by providing technical assistance (or connecting stakeholders with technical assistance partners) and helping stakeholders access funding opportunities and deploy clean technology;

- Represent the coalition at external events and with the DOE;

- Develop coalition communications and plan and host events in collaboration with Green Energy Consumers’ marketing team.

- Supervise an intern and/or staff to assist with program implementation, as appropriate.

**Qualifications **

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate:

- Passion for decarbonization in the transportation sector and subject matter expertise in the realm of alternative fuels, particularly electric vehicles;

- Experience managing grant timelines and deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting;

- Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships;

- Experience with community outreach and education;

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience presenting to large and diverse audiences;

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

- Ability to learn quickly;

**Compensation **

USD $64,350 to $83,850/ year based upon an hourly wage of $33-$43 and 37.5 hours per week.  Hourly wage will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, final job description, and title.

**Benefits **

The Research Assistant will have three primary responsibilities: (1) laboratory maintenance and support, (2) maintaining quality and stocks of human and murine cell lines as well as DNA plasmids, and (3) assisting with conducting bench and animal experiments within existing research projects, including mouse experiments. The lab of Dr. Sendurai Mani is dedicated to investigating the biology of Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) and identifying the drivers of the cancer stem cell phenotype. The lab is determined to identify resistance mechanisms and develop strategies to prevent and overcome therapy resistance and metastatic progression using preclinical models and profiling patient tumor samples on the single cell level. By target the EMT-signaling pathways and treating metastasis, the lab's goal is to cure cancer patients regardless of their stage.

This is a fixed term position with a current end date of 04/30/2027 which may be extended based upon available funding.

**Education And Experience**

- Required: Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field

- Required: Prior related undergraduate experience or extensive coursework (grade 7) or 1-2 years of related experience in a biology laboratory (grade 8)

The Corporate Paralegal position supports Taco in-house counsel by executing the day-to-day legal administration and coordination work. The role is responsible for intake and tracking of legal requests, contract and matter administration, records management, and outside counsel administrative support in alignment with established playbooks and escalation thresholds. This role increases legal throughput, improves response timeliness, and enables cost control by ensuring that legal work is organized, documented, and routed appropriately. This role does not provide legal advice and operates under the supervision of counsel.

- Contract repository is complete, current, and searchable; executed agreements are consistently captured.

**Disputes, Claims, and Legal Process Administration **

-   Administer intake and logging of legal notices, subpoenas, and service of process; route to counsel immediately and track deadlines.

**Qualifications **

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience

- 4 years of experience in a paralegal, operations, or administrative support capacity.

Join the Hassenfeld Child Health Innovation Institute at the School of Public Health. We are seeking a dedicated, full-time, grant-funded Research Assistant to support multiple projects focused on depression prevention for youth and families. - Conducts scheduling participants for screening calls, determination of eligibility and assist in answering questions.

- Preparing for and supporting Daily Huddles and Clinical Documentation Reviews

- Consulting with provider on clinical documentation opportunities

- Administrative support for your provider and care team ~ 10%

- Placing orders and referrals

- Addressing tasks

- Supporting the care team with additional responsibilities related to clinical documentation

**What We're Looking For**

**Knowledge**

- Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications, either from a pre-medical degree or prior clinical experience [required]

- Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering [strongly preferred]

- Prior scribe or transcription experience [preferred but not required]

**Skills**

- Advanced listening and communication skills [required]

- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows [required]

- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve [required where indicated]

**Abilities**

- Ability to adapt to new workflows and to quickly learn new concepts and skills [required]

- Ability to type 70+ words per minute [strongly preferred]

- Ability and willingness to take direction and be a member of a team providing patient care, including adapting to the provider's working style [required]

- Ability to be a self-starter within your role scope

- Excellent job attendance including ability to work in-person in our clinics (Our providers count on you.) [required]

- Ability to commit to at least 1 year in role (2+ is ideal) [required]

- Ability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week during clinic hours (full time position) with predictable hours and break times [required]

- Compliance with hospital and Oak Street Health policies, including HIPAA [required]

- US work authorization [required]

**The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is**

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

**Duties**

- Works collaboratively with the Early Intervention (EI) direct service staff by providing culturally competent interpretive services to families with infants and toddlers enrolled in the Early Intervention program to the families in their native language.

- Provides interpretation for individual and group services in the natural setting for the child and family in a mindful manner incorporating health literacy.

- Translates and/or coordinates the translation of EI written materials into multiple languages.

**Requirements**

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with families in Early Childhood programs.

- Experience working with families of infants and toddlers with special needs.

- Experience working with various multidisciplinary team members.

- Associate’s degree in human services or related field highly preferred or High School Degree.

- Credentialed with Neighborhood Health

- Valid CPR and First Aid training recommended
