**Job Description**

We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to guide applicants through our enrollment and onboarding process. This role involves collecting and verifying personal and financial information from applicants. A background check and credit screening are required for all enrollment positions.

**Responsibilities**

- Guide applicants through the enrollment process step by step

- Collect, verify, and enter applicant personal and financial information accurately

- Follow up with incomplete applications and request missing documentation

- Maintain accurate enrollment records in the internal database

- Meet daily and weekly enrollment completion targets

- Ensure all data handling complies with privacy and compliance requirements

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or GED required

- Strong communication skills and patient, helpful demeanor

- Comfortable collecting sensitive personal and financial information

- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening

- No prior enrollment experience required — full training provided

- Must be authorized to work in the United States
