The Switchyard Coordinator - Project Engineer will be a solid leader and collaborator who will oversee the execution of 230kV GIS substation by subcontractor. In this role, you will utilize individual technical knowledge to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate with the subcontractor for the substation execution scope. You will participate in coordination meetings, project planning, monitoring the schedule, and delivery of critical equipment to ensure that the vendor is on track to meet the project schedule. Your technical guidance and recommendations will ensure engineering aspects meet project requirements and remain within scope and budget.

In this role, you will serve as a liaison for Bechtel and the subcontractor’s facility. You will have oversight of all aspects of the scope being executed by the subcontractor and coordinate with the Bechtel team to ensure that any input needed by subcontractor are being provided in a timely manner. **Your Impact**

-  Will work under the supervision and mentorship of a Senior Environmental Scientist or Engineer.

-  Will travel to project sites primarily in the greater Cheyenne, WY area. Roughly 95% of work is anticipated to be performed in the field.

-  Operate and maintain various remediation systems (groundwater and soil) throughout Wyoming and northern Colorado. Systems include pump and treat, air sparging and soil vapor extraction. Duties include troubleshooting, routine and non-routine operations and maintenance (e.g., electric motors, mechanical pumps, electrical power supply systems, etc.), field testing and data recording.

-  Assists in site characterization and monitoring field efforts including collecting soil, groundwater and air samples.

-  Perform accurate and appropriate data gathering and create clearly written and understandable daily field reports in support of performed field activities.

-  Work with outside vendors and subcontractors, with the support of the internal team, to obtain required system spare parts, chemicals, sampling kits, etc.

-  Be a proactive thinker and problem solver. Thinking ahead of maintenance required or fixing system issues before they have a bigger performance impact. Schedule tasks spread over numerous sites to maintain reliable systems to meet compliance requirements.

**Who You Are**

**Basic/Required Qualifications**

-  High school diploma or equivalent.

-  Minimum 3 + years of experience in construction, equipment operation and maintenance or remediation system maintenance.

-  Good mechanical skills.

We are seeking a PFAS Water Treatment Technical Specialist to support HDR’s industrial water, landfill leachate and remediation practices. The role has a senior responsibility level and will support PFAS treatment design, pilot testing, system optimization, and integration with industrial, solid waste and remediation projects across HDR’s multidisciplinary teams.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Provide strong technical expertise in PFAS treatment, industrial wastewater processes, and remediation system integration.

- Lead bench-scale and pilot-scale treatability studies, including adsorption, foam fractionation and membrane performance, AOP evaluation, destruction technologies, residuals management and hydraulic stress testing.

- Conduct field diagnostics, process optimization, mass-balance evaluations, and full-scale performance validation for industrial and remediation systems.

- Support and provide subject matter expertise.

- Perform data analytics and modeling to support treatment design, including breakthrough analysis, fouling assessments, reactor sizing, and lifecycle cost evaluations.

- Prepare technical reports addressing PFAS feasibility studies, industrial wastewater characterization, remedial technology selection, and regulatory compliance.

- Mentor team and contribute to technical leadership within related professional organizations including committees, papers and conference presentations and panels.

- Execute complex engineering assignments requiring independent judgment and advanced process evaluation.

- Make key technical decisions related to PFAS treatment configuration, concentrate management, and integration with remediation systems.

- Serve as a Technical Specialist or Project Manager on mid-size industrial water, landfill leachate and remediation projects.

- Supervise small teams in laboratory testing, field investigations, pilot deployment, and system startup.

- Perform additional duties supporting industrial water treatment and site remediation programs. Promote and collaborate with HDR practice groups.

- Leverage HDR's performance metric tools to monitor the health (direct labor, bookings, and project losses) of your business class to help drive the success of the RBG.

- Support development and application of remediation technical tools, technology, standards, recommended practices and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.

- Master’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, or related engineering field (Bachelor’s acceptable with significant experience).

- Experience with landfill leachate, industrial wastewater, or contaminated groundwater with PFAS process engineering.

- Demonstrated expertise in water chemistry, industrial wastewater and landfill leachate treatment, PFAS technologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.

- Experience supporting engineering deliverables for treatment plants, pump stations, distribution/collection systems, and remediation treatment systems meeting scope, schedule and budgets.

- Experience with soil remedial technologies is preferred.

- Strong decision-making ability and accountability for technical outcomes.

- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.

- Demonstrated leadership in defining and delivering concept to operational systems for clients.

- Active participation in professional organizations (WEF, AWWA, SWANA, NGWA, SERDP/ESTCP, etc.).

- Advanced experience with PFAS treatment technologies (e.g., IX, GAC, membranes, foam fractionation, destruction technologies).

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Job Summary**

In this role, you will support project field engineering by managing work planning and packaging, material management, quantity verification and validation, safety and quality control, technical inspections and testing, and system turnover coordination. Your contributions will ensure that field engineering activities are safe, complete, and meet quality standards and project requirements. Reporting to the Project Field Engineer, you will collaborate with Field Supervision, other Field Engineers, craft professionals, and additional team members as assigned.

**Major Responsibilities**

**Work Planning & Packaging**

- Coordinates the preparation of construction drawings, sketches, projections and schedules for workforce, material, and equipment requirements

- Developing installation work packages for scopes of work in support of the construction schedule.

- Perform quality control inspections and manage associated Inspection and Test Records (ITRs).

- Ensure completed work packages and ITRs are submitted to Turnover.

**Technical**

- Proactively considers continuous learning or show interest to pursue appropriate learning activities.

- Be able to read and interpret design information including single line diagrams, cable schedules, wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and underground commodity drawings.

- Inspect quality of field installed commodities and ensure installation is in accordance with design documentation. Use GIS and Smart Completions tools to plan and document quality verifications.

- Completion of quality documentation in automation tool through construction and system turnover. Complete Inspection Installation and Test Records for electrical works.

- Supports construction engineers, discipline superintendents, foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.

- Completing final system walk-downs, deficiency tracking, and close-out.

- Completing and reviewing as-built documentation.

**System Turnover Coordinator**

For Direct Hire

- Develops firm understanding of system and area scoping and drawings required for package development.

- Builds system and area turnover packages both digitally and physically for turnover to startup and client.

**STR / Subcontract Coordinator**

- Reviews and approves inspection test plans

- Coordinates reviews of subcontractor submittals

**Required Knowledge And Skills**

- Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) and commitment to a Zero Incident safety program.

- Must be physically capable to conduct field inspections and participate in project walkdowns which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of EPC and EPCM construction programs, technologies, means, and methods.

This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in **Launch Legends **, **Autheo **, and the **WFO Creator Network **, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. **ROLE: Protocol / Technical Lead**

**About The Role**

The Protocol / Technical Lead is the Foundation's senior technical voice and the steward of the Autheo network's long-term technical integrity. You will not write all the code, but you will be the person builders, validators, and grantees looks to for technical direction, standards-setting, and protocol governance. This role requires hands-on blockchain expertise combined with the communication skills to represent the Foundation's technical positions clearly to the communty and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

Maintain the Autheo protocol standards roadmap: consensus mechanism upgrades, EVM compatibility updates, IBC integration priorities, and post-quantum cryptography adoption timeline

Lead the technical review of all grant applications, including written assessments and technical findings to the Grants Committee

Coordinate network upgrade proposals along side the Autheo Engineering Team for community coordination, testnet deployment, and mainnet activation

Serve as the primary technical liaison: communicate upgrade requirements, provide technical support during network events, and gather infrastructure feedback

Oversee the Foundation's security posture: coordinate third-party audits, review audit reports, manage responsible disclosure for reported vulnerabilities, and publish security advisories

Set technical standards for open-source repositories maintained or funded by the Foundation, including code review standards, documentation requirements, and testing expectations

Evaluate and provide technical guidance on PROGRAMS

Represent the Foundation's technical perspective at conferences, in research publications, and in cross-chain working groups

**Qualifications**

Experience with blockchain protocol engineering; familiarity with at least one major L1 or L2 stack

Knowledge of node implementations

Strong expertise and understanding of EVM equivalence / compatibility tradeoffs

Experience leading or participating in live network upgrades and external stakeholder coordination

Familiarity with cryptographic primitives relevant to blockchain systems: hash functions, zk-proofs, signature schemes, and post-quantum candidates

Prior experience reviewing smart contract audits, threat models, or security research

Ability to communicate highly technical concepts clearly in writing and in public presentations

Published research or significant open-source contributions

Experience with decentralized identity standards (W3C DID, Verifiable Credentials, ERC-725/735)

Background in AI/ML systems at the infrastructure level, particularly agent orchestration or on-chain AI verification

This Project Risk Manager role is a senior role responsible for managing the project risk management program on this exciting project. Responsible for guidance, support, and SME technical expertise in project risk management (PRM) for the project across an audience of internal and external stakeholders.
