- In coordination with Sales, strategize to develop and implement data-driven, clinical intervention plans and strategies for the Organization's clients to effectively impact behavior change, risk, medical costs and productivity impairment.

- Research and stay current on health, wellness, productivity, risk and care management trends in the market place to share insights and best practices in sales discussions; attend conferences and contribute to publications as needed to support the clients, consultants, partners and centers of excellence function.

- Coordinate all post sale and ongoing aspects of clinical product implementation and outcomes with senior level executives at the client level, external vendors and brokers. Track, communicate and implement best practices and industry specific successes and challenges for all markets.

- Active clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT required)

- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience providing outpatient therapy and managing a clinical caseload preferred

- Interest in mentoring or supporting other clinicians

- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

- Comfort working with diverse populations across the lifespan

- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus) and telehealth platforms

The Investment Portfolio Analyst supports the Portfolio Managers with analytical data to assist in portfolio decision making and ensure consistency with the client’s investment objectives, the Bank’s operating policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements..

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 3-5 years’ experience in investment field including security and portfolio level analytics preferred.

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate preferred or willingness to pursue CFA designation or other advanced designation.

**Responsibilities**

- Back up other daily team responsibilities handled by the Portfolio Specialist, such as, but not limited to coordinating and execute the daily mutual fund, stock and bond trading, accomplish problem resolution utilizing customer relationship management system. Administrate portfolio management system with regard to rules, models maintenance, allocations and report packages. Monitor maturing bonds, directed trades and authorizations.

- In support of the PMs, monitor mutual fund and ETF models for performance, quality and stability.

- As requested, perform reviews and research of individual securities for inclusion/exclusion in the internal approved list to be used in models/portfolios.

- Prepare proposals and performance reports for use in new business development and reviews for client meetings.

- Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations as needed.

- Assist in preparation and assembling quarterly Investment Strategy committee packages, specifically related to performance measurement and strategy presentations.

- Contribute to development of macroeconomic analysis, investment strategy development and asset allocation considerations.

- Assist in portfolio review process and follow-up to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and the Investment Policy Statement of each account.

- Review and recommend changes in investment policy and procedures to ensure continued efficiency and regulatory compliance.

- Monitor Investment Policy Statement (IPS) compliance for all accounts and portfolios.

**Skills**

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills; high level of attention to detail while pursuing quality in accomplishing tasks and ensuring timeliness of work; proficient reading, verbal and written communication, computer and interpersonal relations skills; competent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and trust accounting software.
