For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater.Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Under the general direction of the Court Executive 2B (Human Resources Division Manager) the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Manager duties to include calendar management, typing correspondence, and compile and analyze statistical reports. The selected candidate will also provide Human Resource guidance and assistance to managers, supervisors, and employees in the areas of recruitment and selection; database integrity; classification and compensation; regular payroll and/or supplemental payroll; and employee relations.
