**THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to lead our company's social media initiatives. **THE ROLE**

Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Site Production Project Manager to join the production team at festivals and/or concerts. This position is a hybrid position in office and on site at various even locations.

**Responsibilities**

Project Management

- Partner with the Site Production Manager through the execution of every aspect of festival site production such as advance work, creating/updating vendor orders, onsite build coordination, etc.

- Manage and maintain day-to-day flow of projects with Site Production Manager per show.

- Maintain project timelines, track project process, and provide updates to all stakeholders.

- Be responsible for the creation and managing of site ops crew labor schedules and budgets.

- Manage onsite schedules for Site Operations team and distribute / track daily task lists and projects through build and strike.

- Provide support for all areas of the site ops team such as assistance in heavy equipment auditing and quartermaster tracking as necessary.

- Be responsible for other special projects as assigned by the site production manager.

Reporting

- Prepare and track all P-Card spending reports, and per diem coordination with finance team.

- Partner with site production manager to prepare forecasts, collect and organize quotes, and manage post show invoice reconciling.

- Understand cost of materials / supplies and consequences of damages and loss with festival gear / rentals.

Administration

- Manage seasonal staff roster, coordinate offer letters, and new hire onboarding in coordination with HR.

- Be responsible for timekeeping and payroll functions for seasonal staff in coordination with HR.

- Partner with Site Production Manager to spearhead recruitment / hiring efforts.

- Coordinate staff lodging, ground transportation, and flight travel with our Fan Experiences travel agency.

- Schedule calls and meetings, prepare notes and support the site production manager in all administrative related tasks.

- Create necessary documents such as Airtable forms, day sheets, command post dispatch guide and prepare site ops team, heavy equipment admin, and quartermaster admin with all necessary show info for proper logging / auditing to be done.

- Set up office space making sure supplies and crew wellness needs are taken care of at all times.

Communication

- Act as main internal communicator for the site production and site operations teams.

- Collaborate with the Back of House (BOH) Team to streamline the advancing workflow.

- Act as the advance lead for the site production team to complete and send out advance forms to confirmed site vendors and internal site department for each event. Spearhead all aspects of the advance process such as providing follow-up and timely return of advance forms, compiling necessary content, etc.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team on shipping and receiving needs.

- Provide clear, concise communication with all relevant stakeholders as directed

**Qualifications**

- 4+ years of experience in event project management or related experience

- Well-rounded knowledge of production, site production elements, site build, and heavy equipment

- Ability to effectively supervise and manage groups of staff

Reporting to the Imports Supervisor/Manager and as a member of the Global Sourcing Division, the Imports Specialist will work closely with Trade Compliance, Vendor Managers, International Logistics, DC Transportation and Traffic Teams to facilitate the smooth flow of inventory from origin to U.S. destination efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other regulatory agencies while mitigating costs and providing visibility of inventory in transit.

The Imports Specialist is responsible for daily import operations which include container tracking, Importer Security Filing (ISF), CBP cargo entries and releases, as well as all data transaction processing associated with any of the aforementioned responsibilities.

**Duties and Responsibilities **

- Compile and verify accuracy and completeness of documents and data from operating systems, templates and documentation from vendors as well as service providers required for both ISF and for CBP entry declarations

- Provide visibility to inventory in-transit by generating and maintaining container tracking in the company’s operating system

- Transfer ISF and CBP entry information from documents and other sources into the Automated Brokers Interface (ABI) software and transit to CBP along with required declarations for other related government agencies timely, completely and accurately

- Prioritize work based on estimated time of container loading at origin and estimated time of arrival at U.S. port of entry

- Monitor CBP response messages and take required actions to resolve warning messages, rejections and/or no bill match responses

- Prepare entry document packets for cargo release or entry summary when requested by CBP

- Communicate all issues impacting ISF or entry compliance

The Staff Accountant I is responsible for general accounting functions related to the monthly accounting cycle, which may include various expense accounts, revenue and accounts receivable, fixed assets, liabilities and accruals or other general accounting topics.

**Responsibilities**

- Prepares monthly journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations to accurately close the monthly fiscal period.

Prepares monthly reconciliations for all assigned balance sheet accounts, including documentation to support all balances.

Ensures compliance by confirming processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.

Maintains confidentiality ensuring that privileged and/or proprietary information is adequately safeguarded against disclosure.

Assists business unit management as needed with financial information requests.

Providing support for annual internal and external audits as necessary, including preparing audit schedules and crosschecking, financial statements, and footnotes.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required

- Accounting or related work experience preferred

- Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus

- Familiarity with accounting software or sub-ledger preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles required

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required

- Understanding of ledger accounts preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, planning and analysis skills

**Compensation**

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $27.42 - $34.28 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Staff Accountant I

IT Retail Service Desk Analyst provides guidance, assistance, coordination, and follows up on questions, incidents or problems of systems applications, hardware, and software installed or maintained in our environment. Primarily, this IT Retail Service Desk Analyst role is to provide Tier I support, on a variety of issues, to end users. This individual will apply proven communication, technical, and problem-solving skills to provide second tier technical support. They will respond to a number of channels including tickets, phone calls, email, and face-to-face requests. They will document, track, and monitor issues to promote a timely resolution.

**Duties and Responsibilities **

- Answer incoming calls, email, voicemail, and document, troubleshoot and resolve or escalate incident tickets from end users and retail stores to resolve hardware, and application/software issues within the POS system (Epicor), desktops, servers, printers, and other mission-critical systems.

- Analyze the source of problems reported, locate trends, and recommend measures that would minimize or eliminate future occurrences.

- Help train others and document knowledge for self help (Tier 0), as well as Tier I and Tier II

- Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization.

- Demonstrate and apply an understanding of best-practices and business processes by implementing, and owning the following:

- Proactive management of outages and issues

- Active ownership and transition of technical issues

- Knowledge Management and dissemination of information. Participate in maintaining and updating bulletins, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the IT intranet to assist in problem resolution.

- Knowledge in Problem Management, Asset Management, Change and Configuration management.

- Ensure quality of service through:

- Insuring that all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue is documented.

- Assists in the research and identification of root causes and systemic issues. Works with management to evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.

The anticipated range for this position is $20.91 - $ 31.30 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
