**Job Summary: **

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with installations of electrical systems and equipment.

**Job Duties: **

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems according to company procedures

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels and equipment

- Provide direction to on-site contractors hired by Panelmatic where applicable

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components

- Make appropriate, budget-conscious travel arrangements for Field Service trips where required

- Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) were required

- Document service activities, including maintenance reports and service records

- Train customers in basic equipment operation and maintenance, where applicable

- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

- Perform electrical and mechanical manufacturing tasks, in-process inspections, and Quality Control checks in Panelmatic manufacturing locations when not assigned to a field project

- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

**Minimum Qualifications: **

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Five+ years of experience in a manufacturing or field service role required, with a focus on electrical equipment manufacturing given strong preference

- Experience in reading electrical schematics and drawings required

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble and install fabricated equipment required

- Ability to use multimeter, hand, and power tools required

- Ability to run conduit and pull wires required

- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior technicians required

**Job Summary: **

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Electrical Engineer. The Electrical Engineer will design and implement utility grade, industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical power systems.

**Job Duties: **

- Design and development of comprehensive electrical packages for switchgear projects (e.g., one-lines, three-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs).

- Conduct a technical review of project

- Release bill of material for purchasing and fabrication

- Receive new product designs, product modifications and implement the new designs/changes into production engineering systems

- Provide support to product development for modeling and DFM (design for manufacturing)

- Support the creation and maintenance of standard designs and configurations

- Provide support to manufacturing regarding product and project questions and issues

- Provide technical support, purchasing and strategic sourcing as required

- Interact with mechanical engineering, project management and customers as required

- Communicate job status, including possible issues, with supervisor

- Support the creation and maintenance of engineering systems and processes

**Requirements**

**Minimum Qualifications: **

- Three plus years of experience in medium voltage switchgear design

- BS in Electrical Engineering degree required

- Knowledge of control circuits, transfer schemes, differential schemes, PT/CPT load calculations

- Experience in front elevation, three-line and one-line creation

- Experience turning quote and customer specifications and drawings into a complete drawing and documentation package ready for customer and construction

**Job Summary: **

Panelmatic is looking for an accountable Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines related to projects. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

**Job Duties: **

- Designing Electrical/Control Systems: Create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts for power distribution, control systems, and equipment. Designs include electrical control circuits, bus bar system,

- Component Selection: Select components as required and generate project Bill of Materials (BOM). Products include: SWBD, MCC, Panelboard, VFD control, ATS, industrial control panels, relays, power supplies, transformers, HVAC, etc.

- Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes of electrical systems and engineered products to validate design concepts and performance. Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of products for performance, reliability, and compatibility.

- Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project management and product teams to determine electrical requirements and specifications. Coordinate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the integration of electrical systems with overall project design.

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Stay updated on the latest engineering practices, technologies, and safety guidelines. Ensure design package meets the required certifications and collaborate with3rd-partyproduct/project teams oncertification process.

- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and manuals. Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and project progress. Present findings and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.

- Troubleshooting: When issues arise during the manufacturing process or after completion, Project Engineers diagnose and resolve problems.

- Safety: Safety is a top priority in engineering projects. Engineers implement safety measures to protect workers and the public from hazards.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide progress updates.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the field of electrical engineering. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical designs.

- Master's degree preferred

- Three plus years' experience in electrical engineering principles, circuits, and systems required

- Three plus years' experience in industry standards and regulations including NEC, UL, IEC, and IEEE required

- Three plus years' experience AutoCAD, EPLAN, and electrical design tools required

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Document Control Specialist ** to join our team. This role will focus on managing documentation for external submission to customers, third parties, and various state agencies. The position ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution of all required submittals and final documentation packages in accordance with project and certification requirements.

**Job Duties**

- Prepare and submit final documentation packages (Data Books/Quality Data Packages/IOMs) which include spec sheets, MTRs, inspection reports, change notices, AS BUILT drawing packages, and other required materials per purchase order or project requirements.

- Manage in-process submittals, utilizing company templates and submitting documents through customer web portals or document control systems.

- Coordinate and submit monthly reports to each state and third-party agency in alignment with their specific certification program requirements.

- Submit state approval packages following release from the Engineering department.

- Work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Engineers, and Project Coordinators across multiple locations (Houston, Conroe, Brookfield, Youngstown) to gather and organize required documentation.

- Ensure documentation practices align with Quality department standards to maintain consistency and accuracy across all project submittals.
