Vertex is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with a focus on Healthcare projects. They will be responsible for working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative, and service-oriented work environment, providing leadership to the client and entire project team throughout the project lifecycle. Core Responsibilities

**Work Product Creation, Project Management, Coordination with Team Members**

**Qualifications & Competencies**

- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or 11 years of related experience and no degree.

- Owner’s Project Management work with public and private clients on higher education, healthcare, or life science construction projects preferred

- Work in a consultant setting tracking your time and monitoring activities against a budget

- Construction related professional qualifications such as AC, CPC, LEED AP, PE, PMP, RA, RICS, etc. preferred

- Highly articulate and possess first-rate interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact at all levels within and external to the organization including lenders, investors, developers, and contractors

- Exceptional problem solving, prioritization, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

- Strong focus on detail and skilled in handling diverse tasks with high degree of accuracy and timeliness

- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team to produce highest quality results

- Excellent written, mathematical, and grammatical skills, along with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); Bluebeam proficiency preferred
