This role is the operational backbone of Mindbody's creative team. - Proof-of-Concept Leadership: Lead hybrid cloud proof-of-concept initiatives (e.g., analytics sandboxes, VDI burst capacity), collaborating with infrastructure and modernization teams to validate solutions and prepare for future migrations.

- Cloud Governance & FinOps: Develop and implement cloud governance frameworks, including security, compliance, and cost management (FinOps) practices.

- Automation & Integration: Support the adoption of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) for cloud provisioning, configuration, and management. Work with the Automation Engineer to standardize hybrid workflows.

- Collaboration: Partner with on-premises and cloud teams to share expertise, standardize practices, and support hybrid initiatives.

- Documentation & Enablement: Document cloud migration processes, governance standards, and lessons learned. Contribute to training and enablement efforts for broader team upskilling.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Braintree, MA.  The Environmental Scientist will perform a variety of tasks, including conducting remediation related fieldwork, analyzing environmental data, preparing technical reports, assisting with ASTM Phase I ESAs and Phase II LSIs oversight and report preparation, assist with MassDEP/MCP remediation oversight and report preparation, and assisting with redevelopment/construction oversight.  Responsibilities also involve providing environmental consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.  The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver tailored environmental solutions to address specific project needs.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Field Work and Environmental Science principles

- Strong analytical and communication skills

**Job Summary **

You will fill a key position in our growing IH Business Unit performing industrial hygiene assessments at research and development (R&D) and manufacturing facilities mainly in the northeast region along with national and international opportunities. Primary support will be in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. **Requirements **

- US Citizen or authorized to work in the USA

- Remote full-time position (40 hr/wk) with flexible working hours; however, must be available during core work hours of 10 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday

- Estimated travel 30%, highly variable based on client schedules

- Location: Greater Boston areas preferred. NYC metro area, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania considered.

- BS/BA in Science, Engineering or related field (MS/MA preferred)

- 1-3 years of professional experience providing IH services in an industrial or academic environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnology industries is an advantage.

- Candidates working toward Professional Board Certification in Industrial Hygiene (CIH) and/or Certification in Safety (CSP) preferred

- Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office/365 Suite

- Superior written and oral communication skills along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
