**How You'll Make An Impact**

- Cylinder Handling: Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to both external and internal customer locations.

- Record Keeping: Accurately record deliveries and pick-ups on a load manifest, obtaining customer signatures for receipt. Collect empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders and return them to a plant or branch for refilling.

- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all Airgas safety standards (SAFECOR) and government regulations, including those from DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, and OSHA.

- Drive Growth: This isn't just about being a driver or taking orders. You'll actively engage in inside sales, helping customers assess their needs, providing quotes, and using your problem-solving skills to find the perfect solution.

- Build Relationships: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they walk through the door or call on the phone. You'll use your expert knowledge to understand their unique needs and guide them to the right products.

- Ensure a Smooth Operation: You'll be key in keeping the store running smoothly. From organizing merchandise on the shelves to processing sales in our system, your attention to detail will ensure every customer experience is efficient and positive.

Are you a MATCH?

**Required Qualifications**

- Must have a valid TX Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements

- Must have one (1) year of prior Class A or B professional driving experience within the last five (5) years and a clean driving record to include no more than two (2) convictions, OR two (2) at-fault accidents in the last three years; OR no more than a combination of one (1) conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last three years.

- In lieu of experience, may consider accepting a diploma from an accredited driving school and a minimum of one (1) year of prior driving experience within the last five (5) years

- Must be at least 21 years or older

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Ability to learn and effectively navigate through the sales platform, SAP.

- Excellent customer service skills.
