**Role Description **

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Augusta, GA, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Assistant will support a top Realtor with our company in daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also includes preparing reports, handling client communications, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations. The Assistant is expected to contribute to a productive work environment while upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer service.

**Qualifications **

- Organizational and Administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and multitasking

- Written and Verbal Communication skills, including client interaction and internal collaboration

- Technical Proficiency in using office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in reports and daily tasks

- Customer Service Orientation to establish trust and provide a positive client experience

- Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and balance in-office and remote responsibilities

- Real Estate License a plus

- Previous experience with the MLS System in an administrative or assistant role is advantageous
