**Job Description**

Honeywell is hiring a **Director, Procurement Project Management.**

As a Strategy Development Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the creation of the Procurement strategic initiatives aligned to the ISC strategy of building a stronger, more agile ISC organization to enable growth and deliver greater value to our customers and employees. The Procurement strategy will drive enterprise-wide Strategic Sourcing with regional execution and the development and standardization of systems and processes across our businesses.

In this role, you will impact on the organization by shaping long-term strategies and aligning resources to achieve business objectives.

This role will work out of the Honeywell hub locations in **Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA ** **OR ** **Houston, TX ** and work on a **hybrid ** work schedule, plus **25% travel **.

**Responsibilities**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-  Lead the development of comprehensive procurement strategies

-  Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize strategic initiatives

-  Drive strategic project concepts ensuring alignment with company goals

-  Provide guidance and mentorship to strategy teams and stakeholders

-  Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes

**Qualifications**

**YOU MUST HAVE**

-  10+ years of transferrable experience

-  Experience working for a large, matrixed organization

-  Proven experience in strategic planning and business development leadership

-  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making

-  Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
