Founded in July 2023, See ME has now journeyed through two and a half years. It is a frontline mental health platform initiated by people with lived experience of anxiety and depression.

We support those living with anxiety and depression through scientific, practical content, and advance social advocacy to help more people see and understand the issues surrounding anxiety and depression.

We are currently building China's first and largest knowledge base on anxiety and depression, featuring evidence-based, actionable pathways to recovery, alongside real stories and lived recovery experiences from patients themselves. To date, the library holds over 45 pieces of original content, with new entries added on an ongoing basis.

The See ME research team closely follows the latest developments in psychology and psychiatry from both China and abroad, translating complex research findings into clear, accessible, and immediately applicable content, so that professional research can reach every person navigating anxiety and depression.
Our new book, Back from the Bottom: First-Person Accounts from 14 People Who Recovered from Depression, is now officially released. Through the most honest and moving stories of depression, we hope this book brings you a measure of strength, and helps reduce society's prejudices around anxiety and depression.
